I’m Mary Hewes Friedman, Realtor with Gilbert D. Marsiglia & Co., Inc. since 2017, specializing in the sale and appraisal of residential, land and lot, investment and historic properties.  I am a full-time licensed Realtor in both Maryland and Pennsylvania.  I am bilingual - speaking both English and Spanish.  I am a member of the Greater Baltimore Board of REALTORS (GBBR), and in ‘23-’24 I sit on the GBBR Events Committee. I am also a member of the Maryland Association of REALTORS (MDAR) National Association of REALTORS (NAR).  In May of 2022 I became an Agent Affiliate with HARBEL, Northeast Baltimore, assisting first-time homebuyers purchase homes in Baltimore City and Baltimore County.

Free time I enjoy spending with my four young adult children, other family members and friends.  I enjoy preparing meals, entertaining, art and culture. I love to take long walks and hikes.  The beach is my happy place.
