Greg was born in Pikesville, MD., and lived there until he was 5 years old, when the family moved to Parkville, MD. where he continued to live, and grow up in the Northeastern, Baltimore County area for the next 44 years.
Greg worked with W.C. Pinkard & Co. (Baltimore's Largest family owned and run Commercial Real estate company), Shortly later the firm joined up with the Colliers International group. Greg worked with Colliers, for 12 years, and Managed several million Square Feet of Office Buildings and became one of the leading managers of Value-Add Projects and converting them from under-valued properties to award winning desirable properties that increased in huge valuable returns. Greg was recruited by KLNB another Commercial Real Estate firm in Towson, MD. to take over a very large and notable portfolio which included; The Towson Investment Building; Putty Hill Plaza; The Penthouse - a High-rise Condominium complex; and a few other Mixed-Use Properties.
In 2003, Greg took the opportunity to purchase and manage a construction company Acme Builders & Contractors, Inc., taking them from producing $1,000,000 to over $ 8,000,000 a year, until late 2009, when the economy dipped to its lowest point for construction in history. Greg was then faced with a very difficult decision to close down the company.
He then decided to sell everything that wouldn't fit into a POD unit, and moved to Scottsdale, AZ. Where he obtained his Arizona Real Estate License, and began a new life in the Commercial and Residential Business, as well as the selling of small businesses. After living in Arizona for 7 years, he decided that he was needed back in Maryland to help out aging family members. While attending to his family needs, he obtained his Real Estate license and is now working with the Gilbert D. Marsiglia team specializing in Residential, Commercial, land sales, and leasing.
Greg brings with him a long history and vast knowledge of the local Baltimore Real estate Market, and we welcome him back to his roots of Baltimore County, where his local knowledge can help you with your next transaction.
Some of Greg’s past memberships and noteworthy accomplishments include being the past president of the Towson Jaycees, a past board member of the Towson Business Association, a senator in the Junior Chamber international, part of the Greater Baltimore Board of Realtors, and a past president of the Double Rock HOA.
