• If you are currently taking the licensing course or are contemplating taking the licensing course or are currently licensed, we offer you the opportunity to learn in the best and most comprehensive training program in Maryland, including over 300 hours of classroom training covering 40 different subjects.
• We offer you the ability to specialize in residential as well as commercial, industrial, investment, business brokerage or farm and land sales.
• We offer Associates who have completed the basic training program to participate in an advanced training program which covers the study of Land Development and Subdivision Analysis, Market & Feasibility Studies, Investment Analysis, Business Brokerage, Syndications & Commercial & Industrial Sales & Leasing.
• If you are currently taking the licensing course or contemplating taking the licensing course, your full tuition costs for the Real Estate Principles Course is reimbursable and additionally you will be eligible to start immediately in our Head Start program.
• Sales Associates transferring from another company have the option to participate in our training program if they so desire.
